Q: What’s your product range?

Q：Your battery life is only 3000 cycles. Is that A Grade A battery? I've seen others have over 6000 cycles?

A：Yes,Our battery is Grade A cell,this is because the standards are different. Our 3000 cycles are measured under the condition of 1C charging ratio of 100%DOD,

and when we use 0.25C charging ratio of 80%DOD, our cycles can reach more than 6000+.

Q: Do this powerwall battery include the solar panel?

A: No. The LiFePO4 powerwall battery doesn’t include the solar panel and controller. The solar panel and controller is sold separately.
