Introduction

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a mocopolysaccharide composed of repeated disaccharide units of Nacetylglucosamine and glucuronic acid. It is found in natural cosmetics with the best moisturizing properties of the material exists naturally in humans and animals.

The origin of hyaluronic acid

In 1934, Karl Meyer and his assistant John Palmer first announced the discovery of HA. They purified HA from bovine vitreous and showed that it contained a hexuronic acid and a hexosamine. They proposed “for convenience, the name hyaluronic acid, from hyaloid (vitreous) + uronic acid.” Up to the mid-1940s, HA had been isolated successfully from other sources- synovial fluid, skin, umbilical cord, cock’s comb, etc.

From 1980s, microbial fermentation method is used in commerical production. Now hyaluronic acid is widely used in cosmetic, health food and pharmaceutical fields.

What is Hyaluronic Acid oral?

Hyaluronic Acid is similar to the fluid that surrounds your joints. HA acts as a lubricant on the skin by restoring moisture and preventing friction or abrasion.

HA topical skin medication is used to treat skin ulcers such as bed sores or diabetic foot ulcers, as well as burn wounds, surgical incisions, cuts, abrasions, and other skin irritations. HA skin medication is also used to treat dry or scaly skin.

HA oral gel is used to treat mouth sores or other irritation caused by infection, chemotherapy or radiation treatments, or dental work.

HA topical may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Advantages:

- All the raw material comes from qualified supplier. With the production going up, an increasing supply of raw materials is needed. Assess supplier capabilities, select suppliers and develop alternative sources for material.

Sodium hyaluronate is produced through fermentation, and the main raw materials are glucose, peptone and yeast. There are sufficient raw material glucose, peptone and yeast factories near our Shandong province. The location advantage and cost advantage are very obvious. Compared with other suppliers, we have a great cost advantage.

- Now there are 17 fixed scientific research personnel and 3 mobile scientific research personnel, including 7 technical leaders, technical consultants and deputy directors of the laboratory. They all graduated from key colleges and universities such as Shandong University, Jiangnan University and Nanjing University of Technology. The existing experimental conditions can meet the related needs of technical development and quality testing for functional polysaccharide products such as hyaluronic acid.
