Installation method and precautions of high-power water-cooled aluminum alloy profile radiator
The high-power water-cooled aluminum alloy profile radiator consists of an aluminum radiator body and a radiator cover plate. The aluminum radiator body is equipped with a spiral water-cooled heat dissipation channel. The installation needs to follow the corresponding installation procedures. The aluminum alloy profile radiator has water inlet and outlet 3 connected to the spiral water-cooled heat dissipation channel. The aluminum radiator body is also equipped with heat dissipation fins. The radiator cover is covered above the spiral water-cooled heat dissipation channel. It is welded into a whole with the aluminum radiator body. Through the cooling water flowing through the spiral water channel, the heat generated by the high-power semiconductor device is quickly taken away. The radiator is equipped with common positioning holes for semiconductor devices for quick installation, and has fins and corresponding mounting holes for installing semiconductor device control units and electrical connections.

Installation precautions
1. The surface of the heat sink (heat sink) must match the surface of the die, and it is strictly forbidden to squeeze it and damage the components.
2. The die surface and the two heat sinks must be completely parallel and concentric during installation. The three fastening nuts must be tightened evenly and forcefully until the butterfly spring is basically flattened.
Installation precautions
1. The user should select the device parameters correctly according to the application circuit characteristics, working environment, reliability and other requirements, and leave a reasonable margin.
2. Device cooling conditions
(1) Forced air cooling: wind speed ≥ 6 m/s
(2) Water cooling: flow ≥ 4 liters/min
Inlet water temperature 5℃--35℃
Water pressure≥1.5Kg/cm2
Water quality: circulating water ρ≥2.5KΩcm.
When using the product, it should be ensured that it meets the specified cooling conditions, otherwise, it should be used with reduced capacity. During the use of the radiator, care should be taken to prevent leakage, blockage, and condensation. When a problem occurs, the radiator should be dealt with or replaced in time.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use a megohmmeter (shake meter) to check this device. If you need to check the voltage withstand capability of the whole device, you should first short-circuit each electrode of the device.
4. The multimeter can only determine whether the device is good or bad. Use a multimeter to measure the gate-cathode resistance at the “1 ohm” range, and the pointer is zero, indicating that the gate is short-circuited;
The needle does not move as an open circuit. The multimeter cannot make a quantitative judgment on the withstand voltage of the device. For qualitative testing of withstand voltage and trigger characteristics, please check with the manufacturer.
Friendly reminder:
When reusing the water-cooled radiator, pay special attention to check whether the table surface is smooth and flat, and whether there is scale and blockage in the water cavity. If the above situation occurs, it should be replaced. The surface close to the tube core sealing ring is the K pole (Corresponding to K heat sink), the surface far from the die sealing ring is the A pole face (corresponding to A heat sink).
