BW Series Precision Filtration System is a fully automatic filtration and separation system developed by HEPPOR company based on years of filtration project experience. It is suitable for multiple industries. The filtration system consists of filter, filter elements, control system, backwash regeneration system, chemical regeneration system, control components, detection components, pipelines, etc., forming a precision system. The entire system can be controlled by PLC, and the human-machine interface can operate automatically. The equipment has overpressure protection and safety interlock, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the system.



 





 







Control Methods and Principles





 



The solution containing solid particles enters the precision filter, and the filtrate passes through the filter elements inside the filter from outside. It is discharged from the outlet of the filter, and through the surface of the filter elements and the screening effect of the filter cake, the solid particles are completely blocked outside the filter elements. After a certain period of time, open the reflux valve and discharge the residual liquid to the original liquid tank. Then, use compressed air or backwash liquid to backwash the filter element (which can be controlled by timing, pressure difference, or manual). Open the slag discharge valve to discharge the residual liquid. After cleaning the filter, wait for the next process.



After using the precision filter element online for a period of time, chemical regeneration is required. Using a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid solution, to soak and flush the filter element, and remove some impurities remaining inside the filter layer of the filter element through chemical methods, effectively extending the service life of the filter element. Through the BW Series Precision Filtration System, direct filtration, backwashing, unloading, and regeneration can be achieved, and no need of manual work during slag discharge. It achieves complete automation, improves the working environment, and reduces labor intensity.
