| Characteristics and usage: | the finished fabric features stiffness, smoothness, and elasticity, durable effect and washing tolerance, especially for polyester, cotton/polyester stiffening finish. | |
| Application methods: | mixed with any ratio of water, pad-dry-curing technological process. In processing, first dissolve the stiffener according to the required concentration, add some catalyst, homogenously mixing, catalyst can be crystal magnesium chloride or ammonium chloride. Dosage of magnesium chloride is 1% of stiffener by curing at 140¡æ for 1 minutes, dosage of ammonium chloride is 15% of stiffener by curing at 160¡æ for 2-3 minutes. | |
